dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce: Analýza stresových faktorů u studentů gymnázia. Tato práce se zabývá problematikou stresu. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří hlavních oblastí. První část je zaměřena na definice základního názvosloví týkající se stresu, druhy a příznaky stresu. Druhá se zabývá stresory a zvládáním stresu. Třetí část je o období adolescence, které se vyznačuje řadou významných změn. Rovněž zkoumá stresory specifické pro adolescenci. Praktická část je věnována analýze jednotlivých faktorů, které studentům způsobují stres a také porovnání těchto faktorů mezi oběma ročníky. Průzkum byl proveden na studentech prvního a čtvrtého ročníku gymnázia v Plzni.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis: Analysis of stress factors in students at comprehensive school. This work deals with the stress problem. The theoretical part consists three main parts. The first part is cofused on the definition of basic terminology relate stress, his kind and symptoms. The second part is confused on stressors and managing the stress.The third part is about period of growing up, which is noted for lots of significant changes. This work research stressors, typical for adolescence too. The practical part of this work is paying to analysis which cause students stress and compares stress facotrs between both classes. The survey was conducted on students of first and fourth class of comprehensive school in Pilsen.en
