dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je inventarizační výzkum vodních a mokřadních měkkýšů podél toku řeky Třemošenky. Sběr byl prováděn v letech 2013 a 2014 na 28 lokalitách. Bylo zde zjištěno 31 druhů měkkýšů, z toho 9 druhů vodních a 22 suchozemských. Celkem bylo nalezeno a determinováno 1946 jedinců. V práci je popsaná geografická a geologická charakteristika zkoumaného území, charakteristika zjištěných druhů a srovnání výskytu druhů s jinými lokalitami na Plzeňsku. Nejcennějším zjištěním byl výskyt druhu Perforatella bidentata, který doposud nebyl na Plzeňsku zaznamenán, tento druh zároveň patří na červený seznam měkkýšů v ČR do kategorie téměř ohrožený.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this bachelor thesis is inventory research of water and floodplains molluscs around the river Třemošenka. The collection was done between 2013 and 2014 at 28 locations. 31 different species of molluscs was found, 9 of them was water species and 22 species overland. 1946 individuals was found and determined in total. The geographical and geological charasteristics, characteristic of found species and comparison with previously found molluscs in different locations near Plzeň is described in this thesis. The most valuable species found was Perforatella bidentata. This species was not found near Plzeň yet. This species belongs in nearly threatened group on the red list of molluscs in Czech Republic.en
