dc.description.abstractTato práce se zaměřuje na řádné čerpání přestávky na jídlo a odpočinek příslušníky bezpečnostních sborů a vymezuje podmínky pro řádné čerpání této přestávky. Práce se přitom věnuje pojmům přestávka na jídlo a odpočinek, přiměřená doba na jídlo a odpočinek a rozdílů mezi nimi. Tato práce zmiňuje také vztah přiměřené doby na jídlo a odpočinek a přesčasu nebo negativní dopady nemožnosti řádného čerpání přestávky. Autor práce vychází z rozsudků SDEU, Ústavního soudu a nejnovějších rozsudků správních soudů, nezapomíná přitom ani na závěry odborné literatury.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the proper use of meal and rest breaks by members of the security forces and defines the conditions for the proper use of these breaks. The thesis focuses on the concepts of meal and rest breaks, adequate meal and rest time and the differences between them. The work also mentions the relation between adequate meal and rest times and overtime or the negative effects of not being able to take a break properly. The author bases his work on the judgments of the CJEU, the Constitutional Court and the most recent judgments of the administrative courts, not forgetting the conclusions of the literature.en
