dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá tématem využití Balanced Scorecard v podnikové praxi. Teoretická část přibližuje principy a důvody zavádění metody, poskytuje náhled do jednotlivých perspektiv a popisuje důležité související procesy. Empirická část se zabývá analýzou využití Balanced Scorecard v rámci různých typů podniků napříč Českou republikou. Výzkum je proveden formou kvantitativního šetření, které zahrnuje náhodně vybrané firmy z různých odvětví. Výzkum cílí na identifikování faktorů, které ovlivňují přijetí či zamítnutí implementace. Analýza poukazuje na rozdíly mezi chováním středních a velkých podniků a mapuje současnou situaci Balanced Scorecard v České republice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the topic of using Balanced Scorecard in business practice. The theoretical part introduces the principles and reasons for the implementation of the method, provides insight into individual perspectives and describes important related processes. The empirical part deals with the analysis of the use of Balanced Scorecard in various types of companies across the Czech Republic. The research is conducted in the form of a quantitative survey involving randomly selected firms from different industries. The research aims to identify the factors that influence the adoption or rejection of implementation. The analysis highlights the differences between the behaviour of medium and large enterprises and maps the current situation of Balanced Scorecard in the Czech Republic.en
