Abstract
Many minors have serious conflicts with their legal representatives. Such conflicts can be particularly related to the choice of a field of study when selecting a high school, the provision of certain types of healthcare services, or how the minor should spend their free time. The main problem, however, is that minors, considering their age and level of intellectual and volitional maturity, do not know how to defend themselves against such actions by their parents. Is the only possibility of defense is through by the court?
