| dc.description.abstract | Výsledkem této práce je metoda "Stanovení methanolu a ethanolu v destilátech". Tato metoda byla vyvíjena a optimalizována na přístroji DANI Master GC Fast Gas Chromatograph. Byly popsány postupy nástřiku, nastavování přístroje a detekce analytů, které jsou využity spolu s vyvinutou metodou na katedře chemie FPE ZČU v Plzni. Výsledky získané metodou plynové chromatografie jsou srovnány s výsledky fotometrického stanovení methanolu ve vzorcích destilátů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | As a result of this work the method "Determination of methanol and ethanol in spirits" has been developed. This method was created and optimized on instrument DANI Master GC Fast Gas Chromatograph. The procedures of injection, setting the instrument and detection of analytes has been desribed and will be used together with developed method at the chemistry department of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. Results obtained by gas chromatography are compared with results of photometric determination of methanol in samples of spirits. | en |
