dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá implementací strategického plánu podniku metodou Balanced Scorecard. Na základě charakteristiky vývoje podniku a strategických východisek je stanoven podnikatelský plán a následně je navržena jeho implementace metodou BSC. V závěru je navržena optimalizace procesů tak, aby mohla být naplněna strategie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of the firm´s strategic plan by using the method Balanced Scorecard. Based on the characteristics of the environment and strategic bases the business plan is set. Then the implementation of the firm´s plan by using BSC is proposed.At the end the crucial optimalisation of the firm´s processes is proposed so that it will be possible to realize the strategy.en
