dc.description.abstractStať představuje Karla N. Llewellyna, jednu z vůdčích postav tzv. amerického právního realismu - a to postavu, která tomuto hnutí (nebo spíše "kvasu") dala jméno. K. N. Llewellyn patří mezi historicky nejdůležitější právní akademiky USA, zejména jakožto hlavní autor Uniform Commercial Code. V tomto článku jsou ovšem představeny spíše východiska jeho právního myšlení, které pak ve vytvoření onoho právního veledíla později vedly.cz
dc.description.abstractThe essay introduces Karl N. Llewellyn, one of the leading figures of "American Legal Realism" - and the figure who gave the movement (or rather, the "ferment") its name. K. N. Llewellyn is one of the most important legal academics in history of the USA, especially as the main author of the Uniform Commercial Code. This article, however, focuses on the starting points of his legal thinking, which later led to creation of that legal masterpiece.en
