dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se věnuje hospodaření městyse Bernartice a jeho finanční stabilitě. V úvodní části se zaměřuji na teoretické poznatky týkající se fungování obcí, jejich rozpočtového procesu a základních principů finanční analýzy. Tyto informace tvoří základ pro praktickou část, která začíná představením samotného městyse. Následuje podrobná analýza příjmů a výdajů Bernartic v letech 2021 až 2024, díky které se daří odhalit silné i slabé stránky obecního hospodaření. Pro lepší pochopení situace je hospodaření Bernartic porovnáno s obdobně velkým městysem Sepekov. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou v závěru formulována konkrétní opatření, která mohou přispět ke zlepšení finanční situace obce a podpořit její další rozvoj.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the financial management and stability of the market town of Bernartice. The introductory section presents the theoretical background concerning the functioning of municipalities, the budgeting process, and the basic principles of financial analysis. These insights provide a foundation for the practical part, which begins with an introduction to the town of Bernartice. A detailed analysis of the town's revenues and expenditures from 2021 to 2024 follows, aiming to identify both the strengths and weaknesses of its financial management. To place the findings in context, the financial performance of Bernartice is compared with that of a similarly sized market town, Sepekov. Based on the results, specific recommendations are proposed in the conclusion to help improve the town's financial situation and support its further development.en
