| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením jednotlivých možností financování bydlení v České republice. V teoretické části jsou detailně charakterizovány vybrané možnosti financování bydlení, zejména stavební spoření, hypoteční úvěry, ale i státní podpora bydlení. V praktické části je uveden modelový příklad rodiny, jež si chce pořídit rodinný dům. Parametry daných produktů pro financování koupě domu byly získány na základě osobních konzultací s vybranými bankovními institucemi. Další informace byly získány pomocí internetových stránek bank. Na závěr je vyhodnocena nejvýhodnější varianta financování bydlení pro danou rodinu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of individual financing housing options in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes selected housing financing options in detail, especially some building savings, mortgage loans, but also some state housing support. The practical part presents a model example of a family that want to buy a detached house. The parameters of the given products for financing the purchase of a house were obtained on the basis of personal consultations with selected banking institutions. Further information was obtained through the websites of the banks. Finally, the most advantageous option of financing the housing for a given family is evaluated. | en |
