dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je provedení strategické analýzy vybrané společnosti SHOEBOX CZ s.r.o.. Práce je rozdělené do dvou části . Teoretická část práci byla zpracována na základě analýzy literaturních zdrojů pro vytvářejí správně strategické analýzy společnosti. Praktická část začíná představením společnosti a obsahuje metody a analýzy, které byli představené v teoretické části a byli aplikované na konkrétní společnost. V rámci analýzy makrookolí byla vybrána PEST analýza. Pomoci Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil bylo proanalyzováno mezookolí. Dalším krokem bylo provedeni analýzy vnitřního prostředí vybrané společnosti. Na základě ukázaných výše analýz mohli být sestavené SWOT a SPACE analýzy. Výsledkem je navrh určitých doporučení pro vybranou společnost.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of the selected company SHOEBOX CZ s. r. o.. The thesis is divided into two parts . The theoretical part of the thesis was elaborated on the basis of the analysis of literary sources for a produce a properly strategic analysis of the company. The practical part begins with the introduction of the company and contains methods and analyses that were presented in the theoretical part and have been applied to the particular company. PEST analysis was chosen as a part of the external area. Porter's model of five competing forces was chosen for the next environmental analysis. The further step was to conduct analysis of the internal environment of the selected company. SWOT and space analyses could be compiled on the basis of the analyses mention above. The result of the thesis is suggestion of certain recommendations for the selected company.en
