dc.description.abstractPráce je zaměřená na posouzení výkonnosti vybrané organizace za použití nástrojů finanční analýzy a bilančních pravidel. První část práce je část teoretická, ve které jsou charakterizovány postupy a ukazatele, jež jsou v druhé části práce použité pro zjištění finanční výkonnosti a ekonomické situace vybraného podniku. Druhá část práce je část praktická, jejíž úvod slouží k představení vybraného podniku a také zvoleného konkurenta. Dále jsou zpracovány jednotlivé druhy analýz, které zahrnují analýzu absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů. V poslední části práce je uvedeno dodržování bilančních pravidel ve vybrané společnosti a závěr. V závěru je zhodnocena finanční situace podniku na základě výsledků získaných v praktické části a návrh doporučení pro zlepšení ekonomické situace vybrané společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on the evaluation of performace of a selected organization by the use of tools provided by financial analysis and balance sheet rules. The first section of this thesis is theoretical and consists of characterized methods and indicators. Those are used in the second part of the thesis for finding out the financial performance and the economic situation of the selected company. The second section is practical, It´s introduction presents the selected company and also the selected competitor. Afterwards, there are processed individual types of analyses, which include the analysis of absolute, differential and proportional indicators. The last section of this thesis is focused on the compliance of balance sheet rules in the selected company and the conclusion. In the concluding section of the thesis, the business's financial situation is based on results included in the practical part of the thesis with the addition of recommendation for improvement of the company's economic situation.en
