dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je ukázat průběh projektu na optimalizaci procesu servisních činností. Toto téma mi bylo přiděleno vedoucím mojí bakalářské práce díky dobrým konexím fakulty se společností Škoda. V bakalářské práci jsem psal o projektovém řízení. Uvedl jsem rozdíl mezi měkkým a tvrdým projektem, protože je práce zaměřena na měkký projekt. Popsal jsem konkrétní fáze životního cyklu projektu. Tato práce obsahuje: charakteristiku společnosti ŠKODA ELECTRIC, a.s., práce poprodejního oddělení a běžnou činnost servisního technika. Zaměřil jsem se na reklamační řízení a na zakládání servisních objednávek do systému. Zmínil jsem úzké místo procesu a jeho optimalizaci. Práce obsahuje mnoho obrázků, které by čtenáři měly pomoci s pochopením.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelor thesis is to show, progression of the service process optimalization project. This topic was granted to me by my bachelor suprevisor because of a great connexions between the faculty and Škoda company. I was writing about project management in this bachelor thesis. I mentioned the difference between soft and hard project, because of soft project thesis alignment. I wrote about particular phases of the project life cycle. This thesis contains the characterisation of: ŠKODA ELECTRIC, a.s. company, work of the aftersale department and the regular employment of the service technician. I focused on the reclamation administration and the service order system collating. I mentioned strait point of the process and its optimalization. This thesis consist of many pictures, which should help reader with better understanding.en
