| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá detailním popisem nemajetkové újmy od počátků její úpravy až po její současnou podobu v NOZ. Největší pozornost je věnována nemajetkové újmě na přirozených právech a na to navazující nemajetkové újmě na životě a zdraví. Za velice zajímavé považuji i určování zadostiučinění. Meritem celé práce bylo poskytnout komplexní obraz o úpravě nemajetkové újmy a upozornit na řadu podstatných změn, které nastaly s příchodem NOZ. | cs |

The greatest thoughtfulness is given non-material damages of natural rights and to this follows up non-material damages of injury to health and kill. I consider that selection of satisfaction is very interesting too.
