dc.description.abstractTématem této mé diplomové práce je Skončení služebního poměru státního zaměstnance. Cílem bylo provést komplexní rozbor skončení služebního poměru státního zaměstnance. Dále bylo cílem upozornit na nedostatky právní úpravy a navrhnout možné způsoby řešení. Toto je součástí 3 kapitoly, která je hlavní kapitolou diplomové práce. V práci jsou uvedeny základní pojmy podstatné pro skončení služebního poměru státního zaměstnance. Součástí práce je také srovnání s předchozí právní úpravou a srovnání s právní úpravou týkající se příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů a vojáků z povolání. Vedle toho je součástí práce také exkurz do slovenské právní úpravy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of my diploma thesis is Termination of the Civil Service Employment of a Civil Servant. The aim was to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the termination of the civil service employment of a civil servant. The focus was also to draw attention to the shortcomings of the legislation and to suggest possible solutions. This issue is part of Chapter 3, which is the main chapter of the thesis. The thesis presents the basic concepts essential for the termination of the civil service employment of a civil servant. Part of the thesis also focuses on a comparison with the previous legislation, and on a comparison with the legislation concerning members of the security forces and professional soldiers. Moreover, the thesis also includes an excursion into Slovak law.en
