dc.description.abstractTeoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá problematikou rozporu teorie a praxe v klinické ošetřovatelské praxi. První část je zaměřena na definice základních pojmů, příčiny a hlavní problémy rozporu teorie a praxe. Druhá část se zabývá požadovanou kvalifikační úrovní, studijním programem a odbornou ošetřovatelskou praxí absolventů studijního programu ošetřovatelství oboru všeobecná sestra a dále kompetencemi kvalifikované sestry. Poslední, třetí teoretická část pojednává o problematice adaptačního procesu včetně profesní socializace a identifikace s rolí sestry. Praktická část diplomové práce je realizována jako kvalitativní výzkumné šetření. Data byla získána na základě realizace polostrukturovaných rozhovorů od šesti sester absolventek pracujících v klinické ošetřovatelské praxi a mající osobní zkušenost s rozporem teorie a praxe. Data byla podrobena obsahové analýze a kódována v souladu s postupy dle Strause a Corbinové (1999). Výsledkem práce je zmapování a popsání příčin a důsledků včetně identifikování nejčastějších oblastí rozporu teorie a praxe v klinické ošetřovatelské praxi, dále jsou popsány strategie sester absolventek, které nejčastěji volí při odhalení rozporu teorie a praxe. Doporučení pro praxi obsahuje mimo jiné schéma se shrnutím všech získaných poznatků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with the issue of theory-practice gap in clinical nursing practice. The first part focuses on the definitions of basic concepts, causes and main problems of theory-practice gap. The second part covers the required qualification level, the study program and the professional nursing practice of graduates of the nursing study program in the field of general nursing, as well as the competencies of a qualified nurse. The last, third theoretical part focuses on the issue of the adaptation process, including professional socialization and identification with the role of the nurse. The practical part of the diploma thesis is realized as a qualitatice research. The data were obtained on the basis of the implementation of semistructured interviews from six nursing graduates working in the clinical nursing practice and having personal experiences with the theory-practice gap. The data were subjected to the content analysis and coded according to the procedures of Straus and Corbin (1999). The result is a mapping and decription of causes and consequences, including the identification of the most common areas of theory practice gap in clinical nursing practice. Furthemore, the strategies of nursing graduates, which they choose most often when revea-ling the theory-practice gap, are described. The recommendation for practice contains, among other things, a diagram summarizing all the finfings.en
