| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce popisuje možnosti hodnocení dodavatelů v konkrétním podniku. Cílem práce je popsat stávající systém hodnocení dodavatelů dle dostupných zdrojů a najít možná vylepšení. Teoretická část se věnuje nákupnímu procesu, výběru dodavatelů, následné spolupráci a rozvoji partnerství s dodavateli. Popisuje metody pro stanovení vah kritérií a metody běžně využívané k hodnocení těchto dodavatelů. Praktická část nejdříve popisuje aktuálně používané metody hodnocení v konkrétním podniku a následně navrhuje možné změny dle teoretických poznatků. Na závěr jsou popsána možná vylepšení stávajícího stavu a doporučena opatření do budoucna. | cs |

This thesis aims to describe the current system of supplier evaluation according to available resources and to find possible improvements. The theoretical part deals with the purchasing process, selection of suppliers, subsequent cooperation and development of partnerships with suppliers. It describes methods for determining weights of the criteria and approaches commonly used to evaluate those suppliers. The practical part first describes currently used evaluation methods in a particular company and then suggests possible changes according to theoretical knowledge.
