| dc.description.abstract | Práce pojednává o veřejně prospěšných investicích. Prvotním cílem je v teoretické rovině vymezení pojmů, přehled různých forem financování a způsobů posouzení veřejně prospěšných investic z hlediska skutečné potřeby, praktického přínosu, využitelnosti a právních aspektů. V návaznosti na teoretický rámec jsou v práci na konkrétních příkladech realizovaných investičních projektů uvedeny různé přístupy a výsledky související se způsobem financování, efektivitou vynaložených prostředků a reálnými ekonomickými a právními riziky. | cs |

On a theoretical level, the main goal is the definition of notions, overview of different forms of funding and ways to judge beneficial public investments from the point of view of real needs, practical benefits, applicability and legal aspects. Further to the theoretical part, the thesis introduces different approaches and results related to the way of funding, efficiency of spent financial resources and actual economic and legal risks. This is shown with specific examples of realized investment projects. | en |
