Abstract
Koncertem Mnichovských filharmoniků pod taktovkou jihokorejského dirigenta Myung-Whun Chunga a španělského violoncellisty Pabla Ferrándeze byl v pražském Rudolfinu otevřen 15. ročník mezinárodního hudebního festivalu Dvořákova Praha. Velký prostor dostali pochopitelně i domácí renomovaní umělci a umělecká tělesa. Festival bude zakončen 25. září 2022 vystoupením již zmíněného švédského orchestru pod vedením slavného Daniela Hardinga v Rudolfinu. Kromě obvyklých koncertních prostor vybrala dramaturgie festivalu také méně obvyklé lokality, například Centrum Bořislavka na Praze 6.
The 15th edition of the Dvořák Prague International Music Festival opened with a concert by the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of South Korean conductor Myung-Whun Chung and Spanish cellist Pablo Ferrández. More than twenty concerts will feature foreign orchestras from the USA (Cleveland Orchestra), England (Royal Philharmonic Orchestra) and Sweden (Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra), as well as foreign chamber ensembles and soloists. Of course, a large number of renowned local artists and art ensembles were also given a great deal of space. The festival will conclude on 25 September 2022 with a performance by the aforementioned Swedish orchestra under the direction of the famous Daniel Harding at the Rudolfinum. In addition to the usual concert venues, the festival's dramaturgy has also chosen less usual locations, such as the Bořislavka Centre in Prague 6.
