dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou koncepce Informačního a kulturního centra Jáchymov. Cílem této práce je vytvořit návrh na zlepšení i rozšíření nabídky služeb vybraného turistického informačního centra. První kapitola práce se zaměřuje na oblast cestovního ruchu, seznámení s hlavními pojmy. Ve druhé kapitole se práce věnuje představení pojmu turistické informační centrum. Třetí kapitola poukazuje na definici zvolených výzkumných metod. V praktické části práce, která začíná čtvrtou kapitolou, je představeno turistické informační centrum Jáchymov. Následně práce informuje o průběhu sběru dat, analýze získaných dat a vyhodnocení. V páté kapitole bakalářské práce jsou představeny návrhy na zlepšení a rozšíření služeb turistického informačního centra Jáchymov.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of the concept of the Information and Culture Center Jachymov. The goal of this thesis is to create a suggestion of an improvement and an extension service's offer of the selected tourist information center. First chapter focuses on the tourism and its main ideas. In the second chapter the thesis presents the definition of the tourist information centre. Third chapter points out the characterization of chosen survey methodology. In the practical part, which starts with the fourth chapter, there is the tourist information centre Jachymov introduced. Besides, the thesis gives information about the process of the survey, the analysis of collected data and its evaluation. In the fifth chapter of bachelor thesis there are presented suggestions of improvement and extension of service offer of tourist information center Jachymov.en
