dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá postupy při obnově katastrálního operátu mapováním s důrazem na etapu zjišťování průběhu hranic. Rozbor těchto postupů je založen na získání informací z platných legislativních předpisů a technických návodů a na jejich porovnání s praktickým postupem při zjišťování hranic v terénu. Část práce je věnována historickému vývoji mapování a způsobům dřívějších místních šetření. Dále je zpracován a popsán postup jednotlivých prací při zjišťování průběhu hranic v současné právní úpravě a s využitím moderních technik. Na konkrétních příkladech je popsán praktický průběh zjišťování hranic a jsou ukázány nejčastější problémy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with procedures by the renewal of cadastre documentation by mapping with an emphasis on the stage of the boundaries detection. The analysis of these procedures is based on the information obtention from the valid legal regulations and technical guidelines and comparing them to practices on the boundaries detection in the field. A part of the work is devoted to the historical development of mapping and methods of boundaries detection in earlier investigations. Further, the procedures of each works are processed and explained by the boundaries detections in the current legislation and with using modern techniques. The practical boundaries detection is described on the specific examples and the common problems are shown.en
