dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na vliv vnitřních a vnějších faktorů působících na finanční prosperitu zemědělského podniku. Práce se skládá z několika částí. První část práce popisuje obecně zemědělství a podnik Úněšovský statek a.s. V další části je rozebráno vnější a vnitřní prostředí společnosti a na základě toho zpracována SWOT analýza. Poslední část práce vyhodnocuje na základě finanční analýzy hlavní vlivy, které působí na finanční prosperitu podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted thesis is focused on the influence of the inner and outer factors operating on the financial prosperity of the agriculture enterprise. The study consists of several parts. The first one describes agriculture and the enterprise Úněšovský statek generally. Inner and outer business environment is described in the next part. Based on it the SWOT analysis is processed. The main influences that effect the enterprise financial prosperity are evaluated based on the financial analysis in the last part of the study.en
