dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá charakteristikou stáří a pohybovými aktivitami. Věnuje se popisu stáří, nastávajícím změnám, zdravotním potížím. Dále je práce zaměřena na význam a specifika výběru vhodných pohybových aktivit. Také zmiňuje možnosti pohybových činností a obecné zásady. Informuje i o komplexním vyšetření nutném před zahájením pohybu a o vlivu motivace ve vztahu k pravidelné pohybové aktivitě. Součástí práce je stručný přehled zařízení pro seniory a zmínka o bolesti. Praktická část pojednává o nejzávažnějších problémech vyskytujících se ve stáří. Těmi je nízká tělesná zdatnost, omezená soběstačnost a bolest. Z výsledků je zřejmé, že tyto oblasti snižující kvalitu života je v určité míře možné pozitivně ovlivnit.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with the characteristic of the old age and physical aktivity. It describes the old age, the coming changes, health problems. Furthermore, the work is focused on the importance and specifics of selection of suitable physical activities. It also mentions the possibilities of physical activities and guidelines. It informs about comprehensive examination needed before the beginning of the movement and about the influence of motivation in relation to regular physical activity. Part of the work contains a brief overview of facilities for the elderly, and mention of the pain. The practical part deals with the most serious problems occurring in old age. These are low physical fitness, reduced self-sufficiency and pain. From the results it is clear that these areas reduces the quality of life and can be in certain dimension positively influenced.	en
