| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je shrnutím základních poznatků potřebných k založení podnikatelské činnosti v oblasti online marketingu. V aktuální době, kdy se svět potýká s globální epidemií COVID-19, která nutí firmy přehodnotit své marketingové strategie přesunout své investice do internetové reklamy. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V první části naleznete definice základních pojmů, kterými jsou podnikání, podnikatel, náležitosti a struktura podnikatelského plánu a představení oboru online marketingu. V navazující části čtenáři naleznou vypracovaný konkrétní podnikatelský plán SEO konzultanta se zaměřením na Plzeňský a Jihočeský kraj. Za využití SWOT, PEST analýzy a Porterova modelu konkurenčních sil byla vyhodnocena životnost a konkurenceschopnost projektu. V poslední řadě byla vymyšlená strategie růstu podnikatelského záměru k rozšíření sortimentu služeb s minimálními nároky na podnikatele. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis involves a summary of basic knowledge needed to start business in online marketing. Nowadays the whole world is affected by a global epidemic COVID-19 that is forcing companies to revalue their marketing strategies and move their investments into internet advertisement. This thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part includes definitions of basic terms such as business, entrepreneur, essential terminology, structure of a business plan and introduction to the world of online marketing. In the second part you will find out how to develop a specific business plan of an SEO consultant focusing on the Pilsen and South Bohemian regions. Using SWOT, PEST analysis and Porter's model of competitive forces, the trade and competitiveness of the project were evaluated. A strategy for the growth of the business plan was devised to expand the range of services with minimal demands on entrepreneurs. | en |
