dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá informačními systémy. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout vylepšení v oblasti využití ICT ve zvoleném ekonomickém subjektu, implementace vhodného ERP systému. V práci je představen postupný vývoj informačních systémů v rámci účetnictví včetně forem vedení účetnictví (od ručního zpracování účetnictví přes využití účtovacích a fakturovacích strojů až po využití počítačové techniky). Dále jsou v práci přiblížené základní pojmy z oblasti informačních systémů, klasifikací informačních systémů a jejich rizik. Dalším tématem této práce jsou podnikové informační systémy ERP. Práce se dále zabývá představením životního cyklu ERP systému. Tento proces je rozdělený do tří etap - rozhodnutí pro změnu informačního systému, analýza trhu a výběr vhodného ERP systému a implementace vybraného ERP systému. V praktické části je nejprve představen zvolený podnik a jím využívané systémy. Dále jsou definované důvody, proč se podnik rozhodl pro změnu informačního systému, kritéria a požadavky na potenciálně nejvhodnější systém. Poté je provedena analýza trhu s informačními systémy, hrubý výběr vybraných šesti ERP systémů, jemný výběr dvou vybraných systémů, následně volba nejvhodnějšího systému a jeho implementace ve zvoleném podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with information systems. The main aim of this work is to propose improvements in the use of ICT in the selected company, implementation of the most suitable ERP system. The thesis presents gradual development of information systems in accounting, it includes forms of accounting (from manual processing of accounting data through the use of accounting and invoicing machines to the use of computer technology). The thesis also introduces the basic concepts of information systems, classification of information systems and associated risk. The author focuses on explanation of company information systems - ERP. The thesis also deals with introduction of the life cycle of the ERP system. This process is divided into three phases - the decision to change of the information system, market analysis and selection of a suitable ERP system and implementation of the selected ERP system. The practical part of this thesis introduces the selected company and its currently used systems. Further are specified reasons for the company's decision to change the information system and defined criteria and requirements for the potentially most suitable system selection. Then the analysis of the information systems available on the market is carried out, basic selection of six ERP systems is done and final selection operates then with two suitable systems. The most suitable system and its implementation in selected company is described at the end of this thesis.en
