dc.description.abstractEutanázie je v dnešní době velice aktuálním tématem, a to nejen z hlediska společenského ale i z hlediska trestněprávního. V úvodu se tato diplomová práce věnuje pojmu eutanázie a jejím jednotlivým formám. Podstatná část práce je věnována meritu věci, tedy samotné právní úpravě České republiky, se zaměřením na ústavněprávní a občanskoprávní hledisko, ale především na trestněprávní pojetí eutanázie v České republice. Část práce je věnována právní úpravě eutanázie ve vybraných evropských zemích a jejich analýze. Pozornost je rovněž zaměřena i na trestněprávní aspekt eutanázie v těchto zemích. V předposlední kapitole se nachází ohlédnutí po průlomových případech v oblasti eutanázie a asistované sebevraždy, kterými se zabýval Evropský soud pro lidská práva a které rozvířily debatu o eutanázii. V poslední kapitole nalezneme autorčiny úvahy de lege ferenda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedEuthanasia is a very topical issue today, not only from a social point of view but also from a criminal law point of view. In the introduction, this thesis deals with the concept of euthanasia and its various forms. A substantial part of the thesis is devoted to the merits of the matter, the legal regulation of the Czech Republic itself, focusing on the constitutional and civil aspects, but above all on the criminal law concept of euthanasia in the Czech Republic. Part of the work is devoted to the legal regulation of euthanasia in selected European countries and to their analysis. Attention is also focused on the criminal law aspect of euthanasia in these countries. The penultimate chapter provides an overview of breakthrough cases in the areas of euthanasia and assisted suicide that have been solved by the European Court of Human Rights and have fueled the debate on euthanasia. In the last chapter we find the author's reflections de lege ferenda.en
