| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce se zaměřuje na pivovarnický průmysl v Česku. Cílem práce je popsat vývoj pivovarského průmyslu od roku 1989 až po současnost. Jde zejména o vyhodnocení výstavu piva, exportu a importu piva, vývoje počtu pivovarů na území Česka a jejich rozmístění. Jádro práce tvoří analýza a zmapování rozmístění pivovarů a minipivovarů na území Česka ve vymezeném období. Důležitou součástí práce je vyhodnocení vlivu globalizace a vstupu zahraničních investorů po roce 1989 na český trh. | cs |

The goal is to describe the development of the brewing industry from 1989 to the present. It includes in particular the evaluation of the state of beer, the export, the development of the numer of breweries in the Czech Republic and their distribution. The core of the work is the analysis and mapping of the distribution of breweries and microbreweries in the territory of the Czech Republic in the defined period. An important part of the work is an evaluation ot the impact of globalization and the entry of foreign investors after 1989 to the Czech Republic. | en |
