dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o principu "nejlepší zájem dítěte" a jeho uplatnění při rozhodování soudů a správních orgánů. Analyzuje základní kritéria pojmu nejlepší zájem dítěte z pohledu dítěte a jeho očekávání. Nahlíží na jeho aplikaci i prostřednictvím povinností rodičů. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat jednotlivá kritéria pojmu nejlepší zájem dítěte, jejich aplikaci a znalost.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the principle of the "best interests of the child" and its application in the decision-making of courts and administrative authorities. It analyses the basic criteria of the concept of the best interests of the child from the perspective of the child and his/her expectations. It also looks at its application through the obligations of parents. The aim of the work was to map the individual criteria of the concept of the best interests of the child, their application and knowledge.en
