dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá cestovním ruchem a sním spojenými pojmy, konkrétně pak na animační služby. Cílem práce je ověřit, zda vzdělávání animátorů v cestovním ruchu je přínosné a zda napomáhá začínajícím animátorům v přípravě a zvládání situací při vykonávání práce animátora. Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou cestovního ruchu, animace v cestovním ruchu a lidských zdrojů. Praktická část práce se poté věnuje analýze společností, které se zabývají animačními službami a průzkumu, který zjišťuje názor začínajících animátorů na důležitost a přínosnost školení. Z výsledků průzkumu jsou vytvořeny návrhy na potencionální zlepšení formy vzdělávání animátorů v cestovním ruchu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the term tourism and concepts which are connected to it, specifically with animation services. The objective of the thesis is to attest, that training animators is beneficial and it helps the beginners in animation with entering into their job and also prepare them for their future responsibilities. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on issue of tourism, animation in tourism and human resources. Practical part described companies who are dealing with animation services. Through research author tries to find out the opinion of inchoative animatiors on profitability and necessarily of training. Based on the interviews, author of the thesis made up proposals for potential improvement in the field of training animatiors in tourism.en
