| dc.description.abstract | Práce je zaměřena na šikanu na pracovišti učitelů. Seznamuje s touto problematikou ze tří základních pohledů, které se v dnešní době vyskytují v tomto prostředí, a sice šikanu žáků mezi sebou, šikanu učitelů ze strany žáků a šikanu žáků ze strany učitelů. Teorie pojednává o agresorech a obětech, příčinách vzniku, prevenci, důsledcích a řešení šikany. Byla provedena analýza tří základních škol, která přinesla informace o tom, která škola je nejlepší, té byla dána doporučení, jak se může zviditelnit. Pro méně úspěšné školy byly navrženy cesty, které mohou zlepšit jejich situaci. | cs |

It acquaints readers with this topic from three basic views, which are found there nowadays very often. It bears on bullying pupils each other, bullying pupils by teachers and bullying teachers by pupils. Theory is about aggressors and victims, causes, prevention, consequences and solution of bullying. Analysis of three basic school, which was carried out, brought information, which school is the best. This school got some recommendation to its visibility.
