dc.description.abstractPředmětem bakalářské práce "Podniky a podnikání v regionálním rozvoji" je charakterizovat podniky a podnikání v rozvíjejícím se mikroregionu Bělá nad Radbuzou. Práce se věnuje zkoumání rozvoje regionu a ekonomickým přínosem pro podniky a podnikání. V první části se práce věnuje popisu regionu a jeho specifikám včetně slabých a silných stránek. Další kapitola charakterizuje vývoj regionu poznamenaný železnou oponou. Třetí část je zaměřena na program stability a obnovy venkova. Obsahem další kapitoly je vlastní výzkum, anketa a marketingový průzkum. Práce je sestavena tak, aby se teorie doplnila s výzkumem a doporučeními. Poslední část dává prostor také dalším souvisejícím pohledům na zkoumanou problematiku, například jaký má rozvoj cyklostezek vliv na zdraví obyvatelstva.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the Bachelor's thesis titled "Businesses and Entrepreneurship in Regional Development" is to characterize businesses and entrepreneurship in the developing microregion of Bělá nad Radbuzou. The thesis investigates the development of the region and the economic benefits for local businesses and entrepreneurship. The first part describes the region and its specifics, including its strengths and weaknesses. The following chapter characterizes the development of the region when tainted by the Iron Curtain. The third part focuses on the program for the stability and restoration of the countryside. The following chapter deals with the research itself, the survey and marketing survey. The thesis integrates both the theoretical background and the practical part represented by the research and its implications. The last part is concerned with other related perspectives on the issue investigated, for example, the way the development of cycling paths influences the health of the population.en
