| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu trhu ve vybraném regionu se zaměřením na oblast porcelánu a keramiky. Cílem práce je analyzovat nabídku a poptávku na trhu ve zvoleném regionu v oblasti porcelánu a keramiky, a následně navrhnout doporučení pro vybrané stakeholdery na analyzovaném trhu. Nejprve je charakterizován trh a jeho součástí, následně je přiblížena problematika kreativní ekonomiky. Další část je zaměřena na výběr a charakteristiku vhodného regionu pro analýzu. Poté je analyzována nabídka a poptávka na tomto trhu prostřednictvím dotazníkových šetření, kterých se zúčastnilo celkem 34 podnikatelských subjektů a 200 zákazníků. Na základě poznatků z těchto analýz jsou navržena doporučení pro jednotlivé stakeholdery na analyzovaném trhu. Jedním z navržených doporučení jsou vzdělávací kurzy pro podnikatelské subjekty, což vychází ze syntézy získaných dat. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The submitted master thesis is focused on the analysis of the market in the selected region with an emphasis on the field of porcelain and ceramics. The aim is to analyze the supply and demand and then to propose the recommendations for selected stakeholders in the analyzed market. First, the market and its components are characterized, then the issue of the creative economy is approached. The next part is focused on the selection and characteristics of a suitable region for analysis. Then, the supply and demand in this market are analyzed using questionnaire surveys answered by a total of 34 business entities and 200 customers. Based on the findings of these analyzes, recommendations are proposed for individual stakeholders in the analyzed market. One of the proposed recommendations is the providing of training courses for business entities, which is based on the synthesis of the obtained data. | en |
