dc.description.abstractPráce mapuje vývoj trestněprávní úpravy terorismu v České republice při zahrnutí aktuálních změn, porovnává ji s úpravou ve státech s různou historickou zkušeností s terorismem a hodnotí její účinnost při navržení případných změn. V 1. kapitole jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, zejména terorismus, jeho definice a typologie. Ve 2. kapitole se nachází mezinárodní i evropské instrumenty k účinnému postihu terorismu. Jádrem práce je 3. kapitola, v níž je popsán vývoj české zkušenosti a přístupu k terorismu jako závažnému projevu trestné činnosti. 4. kapitola se věnuje zahraničním zkušenostem s postihem terorismu a rozdílům v protiteroristické legislativě jednotlivých států, jmenovitě Slovenska, Švédska a Francie. Závěrečná 5. kapitola má za cíl nastínit směr případných dalších změn v hmotněprávním zakotvení teroristické trestné činnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis describes the development of criminal law regulation of terrorism in the Czech Republic including recent changes, compares it with the regulation and it´s aplication in countries with different historical experience with terrorism and evaluates its effectiveness while proposing possible further changes. The first chapter defines the basic concepts, especially terrorism, its definition and typology. In Chapter 2 there are both international and European instruments for effective punishment of terrorism. The core of the thesis is the 3rd chapter, which describes the development of czech experience and the approach to terrorism as a serious manifestation of criminal activity. Chapter 4 focuses on foreign experience in the field of terrorism and the differences in counter-terrorism legislation of individual states, namely Slovakia, Sweden and France. The final chapter is intended to outline the direction of possible further changes in the terrorist offenses regulation.en
