dc.description.abstractPředmětem diplomové práce je optimalizace řízení a plánování cash flow. První část práce je věnována teoretickému vymezení finančního plánování, cash flow, finančního řízení a finanční analýze. Poté jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na společnost UBK, s.r.o. z pohledu externího analytika za roky 2015 - 2017. Zdrojem dat jsou veřejně dostupné účetní výkazy. Po představení společnosti následuje zhodnocení aktuálního stavu finančního řízení a plánování cash flow. Za účelem návrhu optimalizace řízení a plánování cash flow je provedena nejen analýza výkazu cash flow, ale také finanční analýza. Na základě výsledků provedené analýzy je zpracováno doporučení pro finanční řízení společnosti a optimalizaci cash flow. Závěr práce obsahuje rekapitulaci nejvýznamnějších informací a shrnutí celkové situace společnosti za sledované období.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of the diploma thesis is optimization of cash flow management and planning. The first part is devoted to the theoretical definition of financial planning, cash flow, financial management and financial analysis. Theoretical knowledge is then applied to UBK, s.r.o. from the perspective of an external analyst for the years 2015-2017. The source of data is publicly available financial statements. After presentation of company follows evaluation of the current state of financial management and cash flow planning. In order to design optimization of cash flow management and planning, not only is the cash flow statement analyzed but also the financial analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, are developed recommendations for the company's financial management and cash flow optimization. The conclusion of the thesis contains a recapitulation of the most important information and a summary of the overall situation of the company over the monitored period.en
