dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá ochranou majetkových práv zaměstnavatele v kontextu českého právního řádu konkrétně při použití zákoníku práce a občanského zákoníku. Uvozena je historickým exkurzem do dané problematiky, který následuje výklad stěžejních pojmů. Hlavní část obsahuje kromě podrobného teoretického rozpracování tématu také praktickou část zabývající se konkrétními případy ochrany majetkových práv v pracovněprávním poměru a vše doplňuje rozsáhlý rozbor judikatury. V závěru práce obsahuje srovnání s britskou právní úpravou a také úvahy de lege ferenda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the protection of property rights of the employer in the context of the Czech legal system, specifically when using the Labor Code and the Civil Code. It is introduced by a historical excursion into the issue, which is followed by an explanation of key concepts. The main part contains, in addition to a detailed theoretical elaboration of the topic, also a practical part dealing with specific cases of protection of property rights in employment and everything is complemented by an extensive analysis of case law. Finally, the thesis contains a comparison with the British legislation and also considerations de lege ferenda.en
