dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na projekt a jeho komunikační strategie. Je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá teoretickým základem dané problematiky. Je zde vysvětlena oblast projektového řízení a komunikace. Teorie komunikace popisuje základní pojmy, následně je rozdělena na externí, interní a projektovou komunikaci podniku. V praktické části je teoretický základ aplikován do praxe, konkrétně na projekt "Automobil zdravotní silniční sanita" ve společnosti MEDTEC- VOP, spol. s.r.o. Společnost je zde stručně představena. Následně se práce zabývá analýzou projektu s detailnějším zaměřením na projektovou komunikaci. Z výsledků analýzy jsou navržena určitá opatření pro zlepšení nejenom projektové komunikace, ale projektového řízení v podniku vůbec.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor thesis is focused on a project and its communication strategies. It is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on a theoretical basis of the given issue. It explains the field of project management and communication. The theory of communication describes the basic facts, follow up with the problematice of external, internal and project communication in a company. In the practical part of the thesis the theoretical base is applied to practice, specifically to the project "Ambulance car" in MEDTEC VOP, spol. s.r.o. company. The practical part containts a brief presentation of the company. The thesis is concerned with analysis of the project and it is described the project communication in detail. From the results of the analysis, there are suggested some improvement not only for the project communication, but also for the project management.en
