| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na franchising v oblasti pohostinství, konkrétně na franchising v oblasti kávy. Autorka propojila téma franchisingu, jako formy podnikaní přinášející podnikateli vysokou míru jistoty, s tématem kavárny, kterých je na českém trhu stále nedostatek. Prvním cílem bylo přiblížení problematiky franchisingu v oblasti pohostinství. Druhým cílem práce bylo popsat a porovnat vstupní podmínky dvou franchisingových systémů, společností CrossCafe a Coffeeshop Company. Výstupy z porovnání vstupních podmínek slouží především budoucímu franchisantovi pro představu, co jednotlivé franchisingové systémy nabízí. Třetím cílem byl rozjezd nové pobočky CrossCafe. CrossCafe bylo vybráno díky svému českému původu a z něho plynoucích výhod. V souladu se strategií společnosti CrossCafe umístila autorka novou pobočku do krajského města Ústí nad Labem, kde je v současnosti značka CrossCafe neznámá. Vypracováním podnikatelského plánu ve městě, kde značka v současnosti nepůsobí, poskytla autorka kompletní představu o náročnosti vybudování nové kavárny nejen franchisorovi, ale také franchisantovi. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on the franchising in the catering industry, specifically in the area of franchising coffee. The author connected the topic of franchising, as a form of business enterpreneurs bringing a high degrese of certainty, with the topic coffee, which is on the Czech market still lack. The first aim was to approach the issue of franchising in the hospitality industry. The second aim of the thesis was to describe and compare the input conditions of two franchise systems, companies CrossCafe and Cofeeshop Company. Comparing outcomes of input conditions is mainly used for future franchisee idea chat the different franchise systems offer. The third aim was the start of a new branch CrossCafe. CrossCafe was chosen because of its Czech origins and the benefits. In line with the strategy of company CrossCafe author placed a new branch in the regional capital Ústí nad Labem, where it is currently unknown brand. Developing a business plan provides a complete picture of the performance of building a new caffee branch for the Franchisee and Franchisor. | en |
