| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem této diplomové práce je jeden ze zásadních institutů dědického práva, a to konkrétně dědická nezpůsobilost. Vedle dalších představuje tento institut jednu ze základních podmínek vzniku dědického práva, potažmo k samotné realizaci přechodu dědictví na konkrétního dědice. Hlavním cílem této práce je zejména podrobné vyložení právní úpravy dědické nezpůsobilosti ve světle souvisejících okolností, historického vývoje a pro přiblížení praktických řešení i z pohledu judikatury, která dopadá na rozebírané situace. | cs |

In addition to other institutes, it represents one of the basic conditions for succession law, as well as the actual devolution of estate on a specific heir.
