| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analyzování sociálního podnikání a jeho prostředí. První část práce obsahuje základní definice a pojmy, které napomohou k lepšímu porozumění dané problematiky. Část práce je také zaměřena na analýzu sociálního podnikání v zahraničí. Zjištěné informace dotazníkového šetření jsou znázorněné na konkrétním sociálním podniku, kterým je Dohromady, s. r. o. Tato diplomová práce také charakterizuje existující možnosti přímé podpory ve formě finanční pomoci a nepřímé formou poradenství sociálního podnikání. Stávající situace zvoleného sociálního podniku je zobrazena pomocí analýzy absolutních a poměrových ukazatelů, PEST analýzy prostředí a SWOT analýzy. Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza prostředí sociálního podnikání. V empirické části je využito metody sekundární analýzy dat, dotazníkového šetření a metody rozhovoru. V závěru práce je podnik zhodnocen z pohledu ekonomického spolu s návrhy na zlepšení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This dissertation is focused on the analysis of social business and its environment. The first part of the thesis contains basic definitions and concepts that will help to better understand the topic. Part of the thesis is also focused on analysis of social business abroad. This diploma thesis also describes existing possibilities of direct support in the form of financial assistance and an indirect form of social entrepreneurial counseling. The current situation of the chosen social enterprise is shown by analyzing absolute and ratio indicators, PEST environmental analysis and SWOT analysis. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the environment of social entrepreneurship. In the empirical part are used the methods of secondary data analysis, questionnaire survey and methods of interviewing. At the end of the thesis, the company is assessed from an economic point of view together with proposals for improvement. | en |
