| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem daňové kontroly. V první části této práce je popsána teorie daňové kontroly podle odborné literatury, včetně právních úprav, průběhu celé daňové kontroly, možnosti ochrany a také obrany daňového subjektu při daňové kontrole, vyhodnocení daňové kontroly a na závěr jsou zde uvedeny možné trestní následky, které mohou vycházet z výsledku daňové kontroly. Druhá část je věnována praktické stránce řešené problematiky. Je zde realizována daňová kontrola na konkrétním daňovém subjektu. Do této praktické části byla zapojena pracovnice finančního úřadu v Hořovicích, která poskytla potřebné materiály k úspěšnému průběhu praxe. Závěrem je krátké shrnutí problematiky a vyhodnocení dosažených cílů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of tax control. The first part of this work describes the theory of tax control according to the literature, including legislation, the course of the entire tax control, the possibility of protection and defense of the taxpayer in tax control, evaluation of tax control and finally the possible criminal consequences that may arise from the result of the tax control. The second part is devoted to the practical side of the problem. There is a tax audit performed on a specific tax subject. An employee of the tax office in Hořovice was involved in this practical part, who provided the necessary materials for the successful course of the internship. The conclusion is a brief summary of the issue and evaluation of the achieved goals. | en |
