dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá účetními a daňovými aspekty pohledávek, především zajištěním pohledávek a řízením pohledávek po splatnosti. V případě pohledávek po splatnosti se zaměřuje na opravné položky a odpis pohledávek s různým dopadem na účetní výsledek hospodaření a na daňový základ. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikovat pohledávky z účetního a daňového hlediska, popsat a vyhodnotit způsoby zajištění pohledávek a jejich účtování. Aplikační část se zabývá analýzou procesu řízení pohledávek ve zvolené firmě. Současně jsou doporučena opatření ke zvýšení efektivnosti procesu řízení pohledávek u sledovaného subjektu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the accounting and tax specifics of receivables, in particular by securing receivables and the management of overdue receivables. In the case of overdue receivables is the thesis focused on allowances and depreciation with different impact on accounting profit and tax base. The main objective is to identify receivables from the accounting and tax point of view, identify and assess ways of their securing and keeping accounting records related to these accounting cases. The application part deals with analysis of receivables management process in a selected company. Simultaneously are recommended measures that could increase the efficiency of receivables management process used by the analyzed company.en
