dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce pojednává o analýze řízení nákladů ve společnosti Magna Automotive CZ s. r. o. V jednotlivých částech práce je charakterizován zvolený podnik, vymezen pojem náklady a následně je provedena finanční analýza zvoleného podniku, kde se prolíná praktická část s teoretickými východisky. V návaznosti na finanční analýzu byl proveden odhad výnosů a nákladů pro rok 2016 a v poslední části práce byly popsány možnosti optimalizace nákladů, které zvolený podnik ve velké míře již splňuje.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the costs management in Magna Automotive CZ s. r. o. The chosen company is described in the particular chapters of the thesis. The term costs are specified, and afterwards, the financial analysis of the chosen company, where theoretical and practical parts merge together, has been done. Following up the financial analysis, cost estimation for year 2016 has been calculated. In the last part of the thesis possible costs optimization scenarios were described. Many of them the chosen company already fulfils.en
