dc.description.abstractV této bakalářské práci bylo zpracováno téma interní komunikace v organizaci. Jako první je zde popsána teorie související s tématem práce. Tedy úvodní charakteristika této formy komunikace, včetně toho, jak se interní komunikace vyvíjela v průběhu doby. Dále je popsáno, jakými způsoby je možné komunikovat. Poté následuje popis efektivní komunikace s návodem, jak jí dosáhnout. V této poslední teoretické části je také rozebráno, co komunikaci zpomaluje či narušuje. Poté následuje část praktická, v níž je popsána interní komunikace plzeňské provozovny, jež je předním lídrem v oboru. Součástí popisu je návrh na zefektivnění komunikace, včetně komunikačních prostředků, které se v této společnosti využívají. Ke zpracování této části byly použity metody osobního dotazování, dotazníkového šetření a pozorování.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the topic of internal communication in organization. First, the theory of the thesis topic is described - the introduction to this form of communication and how it evolved in the past. Next, ways of communication are described. A description of effective communication and instructions of how it can be achieved follow. This last theoretical part studies what can slow down or discrupt communication. This is followed by the practical part of the thesis which examines internal communication in a Pilsen based company that is a leading force in the industry. Part of the description are also suggestions meant to improve the effectiveness of communication as well as communication media used by the company. Among the methods of data collection used for this part were personal interviews, questionnaires and observations.en
