| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu faktorů úspěšnosti vybraného podniku. Teoretická část je rozdělena do 6 hlavních částí - marketingová situační analýza, marketingové prostředí společnosti, makroprostředí, mikroprostředí, finanční analýza a analýza SWOT. V praktické části je stručně charakterizována společnost Applycon, s. r. o. U této společnosti je pak provedena analýza makroprostředí, mikroprostředí, základních poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy a SWOT. Závěr práce se zabývá zhodnocením úspěšnosti podniku. | cs |

Theoretical part is divided into six main parts - Situation Analysis, Marketing Environment, Macro Environment, Micro Environment, Financial Analysis and SWOT Analysis. There is also Macroenvironmental and Microenvironmental Analysis, Financial Ratio Analysis and SWOT Analysis made based on materials from the company.
