| dc.description.abstract | Dne 12. září Poslanecká sněmovna po dlouhých peripetiích konečně schválila návrh novely zákoníku práce. K jejímu uvedení v život tak už schází jen podpis prezidenta republiky. Pokud vše půjde podle očekávání, první a převážná část novely by měla nabýt účinnosti od 1. října, zbytek pak od 1. ledna 2024. Předmětný článek se zabývá změnami, které předmětná novela přináší. | cz |
| dc.description.abstract | On 12 September, the Chamber of Deputies finally approved a draft amendment to the Labour Code after long delays. Only the signature of the President of the Republic is needed for its implementation. If everything goes as expected, the first and most of the amendment should come into force on 1 October, and the rest on 1 January 2024.
