dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku nezaměstnanosti v okrese Karlovy Vary. Cílem práce je analyzovat vývoj nezaměstnanosti a uvést příčiny, které na tento vývoj působí jak negativně, tak pozitivně. Práce je rozdělena do pěti hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole je charakterizován pojem nezaměstnanost a státní politika zaměstnanosti, která přímo souvisí se zmíněnou problematikou. Další kapitoly se již věnují nejprve specifikaci okresu Karlovy Vary, dále pak vývoji nezaměstnanosti za období 2010-2017 a zhodnocení příčin, které působí na zvyšování nebo snižování nezaměstnanosti. Poslední kapitola obsahuje vlastní úvahy. V závěru práce jsou obsaženy subjektivní návrhy, které by mohli přispět do budoucna k udržení či zlepšení současného stavu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe objective of this thesis is the problematics of unemployment in the region of Karlovy Vary. The main aim is to analyse the development of unemployment and list the reasons which have an impact on such development, both in negative and positive terms. This work is divided into five main chapters. The first chapter defines the term unemployment as well as state policies which are directly linked to the mentioned problematics. Throughout the next chapters there is a focus specifically on the region of Karlovy Vary, following with the development of unemployment in the timeframe from 2010 to 2017 and an evaluation of the main causes which either decrease or increase the unemployment rates. The last chapter contains a personal reflexion. In the conclusion personal suggestions are included those which can help maintain the situation in the future as well as those which can improve the current situation.en
