| dc.description.abstract | Tématem této diplomové práce je ochrana osobnosti a náhrada nemajetkové újmy. Ochraně osobnosti je, jako jednomu ze základních lidských práv, věnována velice podrobná a rozsáhlá právní úprava. Tato práce se věnuje jak konkrétním předmětům ochrany osobnosti, tak také jednotlivým právním prostředkům sloužícím k jejich ochraně. Důsledkem porušení práva na ochranu osobnosti může vzniknout poškozenému nemajetková újma. Právě určení výše náhrady nemajetkové újmy je velice důležitou kapitolou v této problematice. | cs |

Protection of personality is, as one of the basic human rights, devoted to a very detailed and extensive legal regulation. This thesis deals with specific subjects of personal protection as well as with individual legal means used for its protection. As a result of the breach of the right to protection of personality, immaterial damage can come into being to injured.
