dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá klasifikací majetkové struktury vybraného podnikatelského subjektu od roku 2018 do roku 2021. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část nabízí nejprve vymezení podnikových financí. Dále je okrajově představena kapitálová struktura. Následně dochází k detailnímu popsání majetkové struktury, a to zejména dlouhodobého hmotného a finančního majetku, odpisů, zásob a pohledávek. Dále se práce věnuje analýze majetkové struktury pomocí vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V praktické části se aplikují teoretické poznatky přímo na společnost Autoservis Nedvěd, s. r. o. Rozeberou se jednotlivé složky majetkové struktury, na uvedeném příkladu se představí odpisy, jejich porovnání a specifické náhradní díly. Další část se věnuje vertikální a horizontální analýze rozvahy, rozdílovým ukazatelům, ukazatelům likvidity a ukazatelům aktivity. V poslední kapitole se představí návrhy a doporučení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the classification of the property structure of the selected business entity from 2018 to 2021. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part first offers a definition of corporate finance. Furthermore, the capital structure is marginally presented. Subsequently, there is a detailed description of the property structure, especially long-term tangible and financial assets, depreciation, inventories and receivables. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the analysis of the property structure using selected indicators of financial analysis. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied directly to the company Autoservis Nedvěd, s. r. o. The various components of the property structure are taken apart, the example given presents depreciation, their comparison and specific spare parts. The next section deals with vertical and horizontal analysis of the balance sheet, difference indicators, liquidity indicators and activity indicators. The final chapter presents suggestions and recommendationsen
