dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci výrobního procesu ve firmě Member s.r.o.. V práci autor nejdříve charakterizuje vybraný podnik, následuje pak detailní analýza současného výrobního procesu. Na základě této analýzy pak autor navrhuje konkrétní řešení, která jsou popsána a jsou vyčísleny náklady, které by firma musela investovat do jejich zavedení a následně také vyčíslena možná úspora, pokud by firma dospěla k závěru, že daná doporučení aplikuje.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the optimalization of a production process in the company of Member s.r.o.. In the thesis the author firstly presents the selected company. In the following chapter a detailed analysis of the current state of the production process is described. Based on the analysis the author suggest a series of specific recommendations, which are well described and the costs for implementations of these recommendations are presented, so are the cost savings if the company chose to accept authors solutions.en
