dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou autorského práva v kontextu softwaru a umělé inteligence, přičemž si klade otázku, zda lze k ochraně AI a jejím výstupům přistupovat obdobně jako k softwaru. Nejprve poskytuje přehled právní úpravy autorského práva v České republice i na mezinárodní úrovni, následně se podrobněji věnuje ochraně softwaru jako literárního díla, jeho licencování a právním aspektům jeho využívání. Tento rozbor slouží jako základ pro posouzení, zda lze umělou inteligenci považovat za software a aplikovat na ni stejná pravidla ochrany. Práce se dále zaměřuje na specifické právní otázky související s postavením AI v autorském právu i právu obecně, analyzuje relevantní judikaturu a nabízí úvahy nad možnými směry budoucí právní regulace této dynamicky se rozvíjející oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis examines copyright law in relation to software and artificial intelligence, asking whether AI and its outputs can be protected in the same way as software. It first provides an overview of copyright law in the Czech Republic and internationally, then focuses on the protection of software as a literary work, its licensing, and legal aspects of its use. This analysis helps determine whether artificial intelligence can be treated as software and protected under the same rules. The thesis also explores legal challenges related to AI's status in copyright law and general legal frameworks, reviews relevant case law, and suggests possible future legal regulations for this rapidly developing field.en
